🔹 How Commission Qualification Works
A subscription must remain active for 90 days before commission is eligible for payout
• If a client cancels before 90 days, commission is voided
• Refunds or chargebacks will adjust commission accordingly

Each referred business will display:
- Business Name
- Subscription Plan
- Status (Trial / Active / Cancelled)
- Monthly Revenue
- Commission Percentage
- Commission Amount
All tracking is automated.

This section displays your payout record.
Each payment will show:

Payout Setup & Payment Method
Before receiving payouts, you must complete payout onboarding.
This includes:
• Adding your bank account or payout method
• Verifying identity
• Confirming contact information
Payouts are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe or Tipalti).
You can update your payment information at any time.
Payment Schedule
Payouts are processed:
• Monthly
• After commissions clear the 90-day qualification window
• After tax documentation is approved
Processing times may vary depending on payment method.
Tax Documentation
To receive payouts, partners must complete required tax documentation.
U.S. partners must submit a valid W-9 form.
International partners may be required to submit appropriate documentation depending on location.
