While we strive to provide powerful tools to support your operations, The Service Pilot does not guarantee any specific business outcomes or results from the use of our platform.


1. No Guarantee of Performance

1.1 The Service Pilot is a software tool that facilitates lead management, automated communications, scheduling, and related features. We do not guarantee or promise:

  • The generation of new leads or customers for your business.

  • Any specific level of sales, revenue, or profitability.

  • Client retention or conversion rates.

  • The prevention of cancellations, disputes, or customer non-payment.

  • Error-free, uninterrupted, or 100% bug-free operation of the platform.

Your business performance depends on multiple factors outside our control, including but not limited to your marketing efforts, pricing strategy, sales process, service quality, and market conditions.


2. Third-Party Services and Integrations

2.1 The Service Pilot may integrate with third-party services (such as Stripe, Authorize.Net, QuickBooks, social media platforms, or SMS carriers). We are not responsible for:

  • Errors, delays, outages, or losses caused by third-party platforms.

  • Transaction failures, delays in payment processing, or related financial disputes.

  • Compliance obligations associated with third-party tools or data storage practices.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.


3. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

The Service Pilot platform and related communications do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Any templates, automations, or recommendations provided are for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.


4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Service Pilot and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

  • Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

  • Issues caused by inaccurate information entered by you or your team.

4.2 Our total liability under this Agreement is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the three (3) months preceding the claim, as outlined in our Terms of Use.


5. Acknowledgment of Risks

By using The Service Pilot, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The platform is a support tool, not a guarantee of business success.

  • Results will vary depending on factors specific to your company and market.

  • You assume all responsibility for decisions made based on the data, reports, or insights generated by the platform.
