Why we built it
The software grew out of the same problems service businesses face every day
Before The Service Pilot was a software platform, it was an answer to an operating problem. Leads, estimates, schedules, payments, customer messages, employee information, and marketing activity were spread across different tools and manual processes.
That fragmentation made ordinary work harder than it needed to be. The goal became clear: build a service business CRM that connects the customer journey from the first inquiry through the completed job, payment, review, and repeat service.
